How Do I Hire A Room?
In the first instance you would need to contact the Hall Manager, Mrs Pauline Lovett - details can be found in the 'contact us' section of the website.
What documents might I need?
As a one off booking (up to 3 in 12 months) you would require no insurance documents but depending on the usage would need an up to date Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy (reviewed within the last 12 months).
To hire rooms for a longer period of time on a 'licence', we would require the following documentation from you:
- Evidence of Public Liability Insurance cover
- An up to date Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy (reviewed within the last 12 months)
It would also be good practice to carry out your own risk assessment for the activity you intend to run based upon the room you would be using.

Please note that all room hire includes the use of the kitchen, canteen and toilet facilities. As there are many different user groups in the building at any one time please be aware that you will not have exclusive use of the kitchen or canteen area.
